V.2
Build Your Web Sites Easily, Quickly,
with No Technical Knowledge, Webmaster, or SEO
Expert Needed!
One Program Does It All for You
...
If you think you need to hire an expensive web
designer to build you a great looking web site ...
and an expensive SEO expert to help you
optimize it for the search engines ...
and complicated (not to mention
expensive) additional programs to do things like put web forms
on your site or get Google Adsense up, hide ugly
links or get your website content on your server ...
Let me just say--I have some very good
news for you!
There is a program that I've been using for
some 4 years now, that is as easy as using
Word.
It's called XSite Pro, and I can
honestly say, it is one of the BEST programs I've EVER
used. I could not live without it!
Quick and Easy Web Site
Creation
In the past week, I created the following web sites in a
matter of minutes:
I also made a new site out of what was a page
on this site:
I use XSP for almost all my sites, except my
blogs. Here are a few links:
(My blogs are WordPress, at http://www.yourbookpublishingcoach.com
and http://www.abundantgiftsblog.com.
I do like WordPress, too, but honestly--it's easier to work
with XSP.)
I just upgraded to XSite Pro Version 2. The latest version
seems amazing, and I already think XSP is amazing.
Here are some reasons why.
No Webmaster
Needed
I think I spent $110 to get my original site
design (via elance.com), and after that, I haven't spent a
penny on any webmaster services, because I can do
EVERYTHING myself. If you like the design templates
already included with XSite Pro (they are all professionally
designed), you may not even need a designer.
I have friends who complain to me that they
have to wait on their webmasters to get around to putting up
some new copy on their site. I never have that problem.
Last week I put up three new sites, in a matter
of a few minutes:
Next week I'm going to put up two more.
Better Search Engine
Optimization
Because it's so easy to add content and update
my site, the search engines find me. Every
week I get calls from people looking for a publishing coach or
consultant who found me on the Web, and I'm now able to pick
and choose my clients.
People tell me that blogs get the better search
engine ranking over "static" web sites, and that may be true in
general. But the tools in XSP make it a cinch for
nontechy people like me to, for instance, search engine
optimize every page. (There's a tool called SEO Digger
that allows you to check search engine status. My sites
actually do better than my blogs.)
See these red subheads? Each of them is
designed for the search engines to find my site. Know what I
had to do? Highlight the words, click "heading 3" in a window,
click the color I want, and it's now optimized. If you didn't
have this, you'd have to know enough to tell a webmaster which
words you wanted a "metatag header 3" (I think that's the
terminology)--and then you're have to wait for him or her to
get around to doing it.
Great Tech Support
Responsive tech support is very important to me
for any program or service I use. I and a friend had
opportunity to test the responsiveness of their tech support.
I'm happy to report that we each received quick responses
(despite XSP being headquartered in the UK), and the
instructions were clear. So--no problems there. (When I first
bought XSP, I had imported a site that was created in
DreamWeaver. I had trouble with the left panel deisgn. The
president of the company himself fixed it for me. That was 4
years ago, and I don't expect that now, but my experience all
along has been this is a first-class company.)
There's also a support forum and knowledge base
for frequently-asked questions and issues.
No Extra Programs
Needed--XSP Has It All!
Here's another feature I like: redirect pages.
Instead of a big long ugly link, you can redirect people to a
page with a link that makes sense to them and that brands you.
Example: here's my link to the XSPro info page:
http://www.wordstoprofit.com/easywebsites.html
I know people who have paid $40 and up to get a
program that does something similar. In XSite Pro, this is
included.
Also, if you have download pages you don't want
search engines and just anyone to see, you can just check off
boxes in part of the program instructing the search engines not
to look at that page or index it. Good if you're selling
products.
I understand the new version has a way to
password protect a page--something I plan to use for my private
publishing coaching programs. If you;'re considering having a
paid membership site, this will allow you to do that.
No Technical Knowledge
Needed
With XSPro, you don't need to know any
kind of html or programming stuff.
In fact--this is kind of funny--I have a friend
who is rather techy herself, and she doesn't like XSP
as much as I do. When I suggested it's because she
likes things to be rather technical, she thought about
it and said, "You're probably right!"
Honestly, if you're used to using Word, this is
very much like it. Except you can do all these cool things.
Like this:

With the click of a mouse, I "inserted an
image" from my picture gallery. (This is a picture of a Bishon,
somewhat like my Millie.)
As you can see, I'm very pumped about XSite
Pro. It's one of the 3 programs I can't live without.
Double Duty from Your
Efforts
Here's another bonus I've found: When I write
articles for my site, because there's a way to include keywords
and a description, it makes it a snap to submit the
article to ezine directories. You just copy the
keywords and description into the ezine articles form, change a
few things so the content is a bit different, and you're done!
The search engines will find your article both ways--and
quickly.
In fact, most of XSP is typing and
clicking, copying and pasting. You can do that,
right?
New Version Even Better
than What I'm Talking About
Everything I've said is based on my experience
with V.1, since I just upgraded and haven't had a chance to
review all the new features, except through a webinar I
attended.
The new version sounds like they've improved
the already-good features, fixed a few of the annoying bugs
(like, I wanted to be able to make each page look unique, not
always the same sidebar content, which could be distracting),
and added a bunch of great new features. (Some of them I don't
even understand!).
Oh, and the manual that comes with it is very
clear. It's a program you'll grow with.
The new version even has ways to
include recommended products (for which you can get
paid). So, for instance, let's say you write a review
for a book on amazon.com. Put that up on your web site, and
you'll get some of the traffic from when people search for that
book, and if they buy from your link, you'll get paid! (And
though it isn't much, it can be almost as much as the royalty
you'd get from your own book.)
It's well worth the $197 for this program.
Order now, and you save $100.
Don't know when the intro price will change. Honestly, I think
the product is underpriced (but don't tell them that!).
A Product that Actually
Delivers
You can read more
about all this software does here. I've only scratched the
surface--told you what I've done with it as an author and
information marketer.
I don't know about you, but I usually read
sales pages with my skeptic hat on. Yet as I read through the
page carefully, I can honestly attest that nothing is
inflated--everything they say about it is what I
experienced (unless the feature is new, or I didn't
know enough to even use a particular feature). It truly
is super-fast for the experienced marketer, and super-easy for
the total beginner. (In fact, learning to use the
features actually taught me a lot about how to market
online!)
(Full disclosure: the links are my affiliate
link. You pay the same however you order, but if you
use this link, XSP gives some
of the sale to me. :-) You can also sign up yourself as an
affilaite, once you get the program.)
Upcoming Webinars Will
Show You How XSP Works
There are some webinars coming up that will
make even clearer all you can do with this program. Check it out and sign up here. (Know how
I made that link? I highlighted it, right clicked and a menu
came up, I chose "redirect links" and then the link.
Presto--link created, all search optimized for me! It
took me 13 seconds to do that. Took me 1 minute 38 seconds to
set up the redirect link before that. See what I mean?
Easy!)
Even if you think you want nothing to do with
creating your own web site ... think again. Using XSP has
actually been very fun. If you can use Word, you can use XSP!
They're very similar.
If you want to create web sites where you can
post your own articles (search engines love this), sell your
products, and get known--easily, quickly, without even having
to understand how html or blogs work--check out this
program. Honestly, it's one of the best products I've
ever bought in my life. Certainly the best software package.
(And-the most profitable one, too!)
